SAGS Holiday Spirit Week wraps up with Holiday Wear tomorrow, Friday, December 20th. Students and staff are asked to wear anything festive, including red or green, the Grinch, ugly sweaters, etc.
**Friday, December 20th will be an Early Dismissal at 2:00 PM
Boys basketball will host St. George this afternoon. 7th grade tips off at 4:30 with 8th grade following.

The Polar Express comes to town on Thursday, December 19th as part of the SAGS Holiday Spirit Week. Students and Staff are asked to wear holiday pajamas and spread the holiday spirit.
Wednesday, December 18th will be Santa's Workshop as part of the SAGS Holiday Spirit Week. Students and staff are asked to dress like someone or something from the North Pole.
The 7th grade boys basketball team defeated Bradley Central tonight, securing a spot in the championship game!
They will play at 4:30 pm tomorrow at Momence Junior High School.
8th grade fell to Bradley Central 24-44 and will play in the third place game at 5:45 pm tomorrow at Momence High School.

The 5th graders completed the 5 days of Christmas Kindness challenge. They did lots of different activities to spread cheer this holiday season. They wrote kind letters to staff members, cleaned the school, helped around their houses, hung up kindness posters around the school, and to finish out the week they sent a care package full of donations to Ms. Cindy.

SAGS Holiday Spirit Week continues tomorrow, Tuesday, December 17th, with Rockin Around the Christmas Tree- Students and Staff are asked to rock out in their best Christmas look.
Tomorrow, Monday, December 16th kicks off SAGS Holiday Spirit Week with Candy Cane Day. Students and Staff are asked to wear Red and White and spread a little holiday cheer!
Both 7th and 8th boys basketball were victorious this morning and will move on in the Kan-Will Conference Tournament. 7th Grade won 36-18 over Momence, while 8th Grade won 37-26 over Manteno. GO GIANTS!!
7th Grade will take on Bradley Central Monday in Grant Park at 5:45 PM
8th Grade will also take on Bradley Central Monday in Momence at 4:30 PM
Both SAGS boys basketball teams begin Kan-Will Conference tournament play this morning.
7th grade: vs. Momence at Grant Park (Hamann Center), 9:00 am.
8th grade: vs. Manteno at Momence JHS, 10:15 am.

A few SAGS junior high students helped host the blood drive at St. Anne's Parish Hall.
The students who worked the blood drive were Caleb O'Connell, Ty Brammer, and Brayden Boudreau. Also pictured are longtime blood drive coordinators Peggy Gladu and Cathy Caise.
The blood drive was a great success. Great job Giants!
