Thank you, GIANT Nation, for once again making St. Anne Grade School the Belson Steel Center SCORE program Champion!!

To wrap up their Human Body unit and celebrate the end of 3rd grade, students completed a final Human Body Project. Students had to include the organs and bones that they learned about. This project allowed students to show what they learned while being creative and having fun.

To wrap up our Human Body Unit, we invited Mrs. Shutter, our Special Education Coordinator, to our 3rd-grade classroom as a special guest speaker. Mrs. Shutter shared information about hearing disabilities and explained how people with hearing differences communicate and navigate daily life. She also discussed ways individuals can overcome challenges and achieve their goals. The best part was that she gave us a challenge to learn sign language! We learned 100 signs in 5 minutes.

2nd Grade went on a field trip to the Museum of Science and Industry today!

Each quarter of the year, 5th-grade students read a book of their choice. Then, at the end of the quarter, they do a book project about the book that they read. For their 4th quarter book project, students made a poster about their book, made a 3D model of something in their book, and could dress up as something from their book. Parents and families, as well as 3rd and 4th-grade classes, were invited to check out all of the hard work from the 5th graders. It was a great turnout, and the 5th graders did a wonderful job presenting their projects.

Congratulations to our 8th grade Class of 2026 on their graduation! 🟢🎓
