🟢GIANTS IN THE CLASSROOM🟢 Mrs. Kirkland's Reading RTI group performed their Halloween skit "Three Little Witches" to preschool and primary grades. The group has been working hard on reading clearly and at a good pace, using the right volume when speaking, and reading with expression to keep their audience's attention. Keep it up SAGS 3rd graders! #TheSAGSway

🟢GIANTS IN THE CLASSROOM🟢 Students in Mrs. McDaniel's 5th grade ELA classes completed their 1st quarter book projects. Each quarter of the year students are required to read a chapter book on their own. At the end of the quarter they work on a project in class to share what they read about. For this paper bag book project, students decorated each side of a brown paper lunch bag with a different story element. Then, they filled the inside of the bag with items that represent things in their book. #TheSAGSway

🟢GIANTS IN THE CLASSROOM🟢 Kindergarten students in Mrs. Schneider's class learned about Christopher Columbus last week. Students got to participate in a STEM project, where they made boats out of the supplies given to them. The goal was that their boats would float! They did a great job working together and using their creative minds! #TheSAGSway
