It is that time of year...
All students, grades 10-12, will require a sports physical to participate in any sport for the 23-24 school year. With summer activities starting soon, and the fall season right around the corner, please make sure your student-athlete is prepared with their sports physical.
***By law, an incoming freshman requires a full physical as a part of enrollment. Sports physicals DO NOT meet the requirement of the freshman physical (the freshman physical allows students to participate in athletics) As a result, we encourage parents to schedule an appointment with their family doctor for a full freshman physical.

The Cardinal track teams competed at Dwight last night. The girls' team placed 2nd overall, with Jovi Kunsch leading the team in points. The boys' team also placed second, with many top placings in field events. Congratulations to both teams.

Today, the local Army recruiters came down for a visit with our junior class. Our students listened to a brief presentation and then engaged in a discussion about the plethora of opportunities the Army has to offer.
