Today's softball game against KTA has been canceled due to field and weather conditions. A new date has not been decided at this time. Tomorrow's Softball and Baseball games against Watseka are still on and will be played at home.

Congratulations to 4 SACHS Basketball Athletes who received recognition for RVC All-Conference Teams. This is a high honor that is voted on by the coaches. The hard work they put in during the season shows, and SACHS is very proud of their accomplishments!

On Saturday, the Cardinal Track and Field team traveled to Reed-Custer. Both the girls and boys had multiple top finishers. The boys team tied for 3rd place overall. Great work!

Last Saturday, the SACHS Band competed in Solo and Ensemble. They are graded on a scale of 1-5, with 1 being the best and 5 being the worst. Congratulations to Steven Moore for getting a 2 on his oboe solo and Quinlin Kirkland for scoring a 1 on her piano solo. Way to make SACHS proud!

The SACHS Field and Track team traveled to ISU on Friday and Saturday for the Cogdal Relays Indoor meets. Girls competed on Friday, with multiple PRs and Jovi Kunsch getting in the top 10 for Long Jump. The boys competed on Saturday. Many brought home PRs, and Logan Tolly finished in the top 10 for High Jump. Reece Curtis traveled up North on Saturday to compete in an Invitational, where he secured multiple top finishes. Great job to all of these student-athletes!

Last Thursday, the SACHS Track and Field team traveled to ONU to compete in the LWE Indoor Invite. This was the first official indoor meet of the season. The team had a successful night, with many PRs and 3 individuals placing in their events, including Reece Curtis, Jovi Kunsch, and Logan Tolly. Great job to everyone who competed!

Attention all Cardinal Fans! The Boy's Basketball team will play in the regional championship against Heyworth tonight. DROP WHAT YOU ARE DOING, PACK THE GYM, AND COME SUPPORT THE BOYS. Doors open at 6:15 PM. A large crowd is expected, so come early to get your seat. The game will be live-streamed on NFHS and will be broadcast live on 94.1 WGFA.
