Good morning,
Thank you for your flexibility this morning with the two-hour delayed start time. We are aware, and sincerely apologize, that many families did not receive a phone call notification of the two-hour delayed start this morning. Unfortunately, the company that the district utilizes for mass communications experienced a technology error. We will be working with the company today to rectify this issue and ensure that there are no errors moving forward. Once the error has been rectified, the district will send out a test phone call to ensure the system is working properly. After the test phone call, we will follow up with an email to confirm you received the test phone call.
Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this morning. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support.
Thank you!

Inclement Weather Information
As winter approaches (perhaps sooner than anticipated), we want families to know that St. Anne Unit District 24 carefully monitors weather conditions to ensure the safety of our students and staff. Our team works closely with local officials, the National Weather Service, and Cardinal Bus Line to make informed decisions.
Because weather patterns can change quickly, decisions are not always possible the night before. In those cases, we strive to notify families by 5:30 a.m. the morning of, if school will be delayed or closed.
At times, a late start or early dismissal may be used to avoid the most hazardous travel conditions. When schedule changes occur, we’ll communicate through email, the district website, social media, and local news outlets.
We encourage families to ensure contact information is current in TeacherEase and to have a backup plan in place for sudden schedule changes.
Regarding the forecasted weather event for late this evening and early tomorrow, we will continue to monitor conditions overnight and make a decision following the procedures outlined above.
Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and understanding as we work to keep everyone safe, warm, and learning - no matter the weather.
Thank you,
Dr. Charlie Stegall
